All contracts entered into by Waterside Food Services Limited are subject to Waterside Food Services Limited standard conditions of sale unless otherwise previously agreed in writing.
Title to all supplied goods remains with Waterside Food Services Limited until full payment is received.
Until full payment is made, Waterside Food Services Limited reserves the right to enter the purchaser’s premises and remove the goods. Additionally, we may resell these goods without prejudice to any other rights.
Goods will be invoiced at the price agreed on the date of delivery, all goods are delivered on a strictly payment on delivery basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Waterside Food Services Limited reserves the right to change pricing without prior notification.
Where credit facilities have been agreed payment is due by the 21st day of the month following the month of delivery. Waterside Food Services Limited reserve the right to charge 1% interest per month for all monies unpaid from the delivery date until payment has been made in full.
Delivery times reflect our best estimates. Waterside Food Services Limited will endeavour to meet estimated times however will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the customer should deliveries be delayed. Upon delivery it is the responsibility of the customer to examine the goods. A receipt should be obtained from the driver for any damage/shortages prior to accepting and signing for the delivery.
All orders must meet the minimum order value set by Waterside Food Services Limited. However, Waterside Food Services Limited reserve the right to amend charges and minimum spend requirements at any time.
