We always aim to get new accounts set up as soon as possible, however, it can take up to 72 hours for this to be completed. If you are applying for a credit account, this can be slightly longer as we need to complete credit checks.
As soon as your account is open, a member of our team will be in contact with you with your account details, along with online and app access.

We currently deliver across the Midlands, however, our delivery area is always growing. If you are outside this area and are interested in becoming a customer, please contact us, and we will help in any way that we can.
