Who do I contact if I have a query about an order or a delivery?

If you have a query about an order or delivery, please contact our office team on 01889 586444 (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM).

Alternatively, if it is outside of these hours, please email us on sales@watersidefoods.co.uk and a member of our team will be in contact as soon as possible with an answer or solution.

Yes you can! If you are not an existing customer, please click here and fill in the customer request form.

Once submitted, a member of our team will be in contact as soon as possible to set up your account and allow you access to our ordering platforms. This process takes roughly 72 hours.

We always aim to get new accounts set up as soon as possible, however, it can take up to 72 hours for this to be completed. If you are applying for a credit account, this process takes slightly longer as we need to complete credit checks and collect the relevant trade references.

As soon as your account is open, a member of our team will be in contact with you. They will provide you with your account details, online and app access, along with details on your deliveries, and credit terms.

Your tailored pricing is available to you on your website and app. Alternatively, you can speak to your account manager or our friendly office team on 01889 586444 (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM).

If calling outside these hours, email sales@watersidefoods.co.uk and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

We currently deliver across the Midlands; however, our delivery area is always growing.

If you are based outside this region and would like to become a customer, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you.

You can find detailed product specifications by logging in to our online shop. In addition, our website provides information on when currently unavailable items will be back in stock.
